---The tumblers keep the key in the ignition. I have had many GMs which
allowed the key to be pulled from the ignition. I prefer them that way to be
honest with you. It means less key rings and gadgets hanging from the lock
cylinder which allow me to pull the house key or liftgate key without
shutting the ignition off. Also, if someone does steal the vehicle, and they
stop somewhere to do something... lol, thank you for leaving it where it was
parked.

---The wheel lock that won't allow you to turn the wheel if the lock
cylinder is not in the forward position. That has the lever. I have seen
very few wheel locks (stock "anti-theft devices") on Scouts.
