[ihc] Neutral Safety Switch

I've got a question about the neutral safety switch.

First of all, let's make sure I'm talking about the right thing.  This
switch prevents you from taking the key out of the ignition when the
tranny is in Drive (or reverse, etc.), right?

Second, my Scout ('74 RHD with 258-I6 and TF727 Tranny) doesn't seem to
have it.  Should it be there, or did IHC not install it?  How big a deal
is it to install it?

Also, Happy Thanksgiving.  And I'm thankful I own a Scout (Best route
vehicle I've ever driven.  Best vehicle I've ever driven.  Better than a
Lincoln, IMHO)
