Thanks for the quick response Allan. My truck is a '67 1100B 4x4. It has the
NP 202 transfer case, which has a 10 bolt PTO port. The T34 tranny has the 6
bolt PTO ports. According to the seller of the Koenig gear, it's bolted to
the Scout's tranny, and from the picture he provides, it looks like it too
has a 6 bolt port. Is that mostly what I need to worry about? I figured I
would need to do teeth counts, etc. on the mating gears.

IIRC, the 5 speed transmissions have the 10 bolt PTO output. The 4 speed in
a scout came with a 6 bolt PTO.

I don't recall which PTO is used on the NP205 transfer case, but the
pre-1970 NP202 uses the same PTO as the 5 speed transmissions. You didn't
mention which  year travelall you had or whether it was 2wd or 4x4, but the
transmission PTOs are not the same.
