Here's the deal, the greaseable collar has a passage to an opening on the face
where the greaseable bearing sits. To identify a greaseable bearing, when it's
off the collar, you will find a port that has to be aligned with the opening
collar when the bearing is pressed on. To identify if the collar you have
could be converted to greasable, look at the bottom for a raised portion of
the casting. If this is present you should be able to drill and tap it for a
zerk fitting in the truck.

Good luck, I have rescued a squeaker with some grease so it's worth a try.
