Looks down to me too...

Main pages:

www.binderbulletin.org appears up, as well as everything that links through
the original binderbulletin.org server.

However the forum main page (and what it seems is moving towards being the
overall main page) of http://atlas.binderbulletin.org appears to be down as
well as everything that uses said server.
