David,
Rhino Linings is/are a sprayed in Polyurethane liner, that can only
be performed by a licensed Rhino dealer. It can be sprayed on in
thicknesses up to 1" and as Ryan mentioned, carries a Lifetime Guarantee.
I'm not certain you need to show proof of purchase, as there are so many
dealers nationwide. Rhino is commonly about 1/8" thick minimum. Any
thinner and it doesn't really work as well to cushion shock, stave off
interior heat and attenuate noise and also begins to crack if flexed. The
samples are usually 1/8" or more/thicker.
I would check to verify that it is indeed Rhino Linings and then look for a
local dealer and have them take a look. If it feels like a big rubber mat
in your truck, then it *might* be Rhino. If it is really just like a rough
paint with what seems like sand, then it's NOT Rhino.
Good luck!

If it turns out not to be Rhinolining, Herculiner is a good option.
I've heard it works/looks great (If the prep work is done correctly).
You can get a quart for $29.99.
Kragen Autoparts is selling 1 gallon kit (with rollers etc.) for $79.99 with
a $20 mail in rebate for August.
That's what I just used on my entire Scout 80.
I've been told over & over the metal prep is the key (I spent 2 plus days
prepping).
However, I have been told it tends to fade if in direct sunlight too much.
I plan on painting it if that happens...

David,
Try "Shoe Goo"

I have had great success building up worn clutch a brake peddals . One
patch job has lasted 6 years on a daily driver.
You may want to test compatability in an inconspicuous spot.

Ryan and everybody else, thanks for the replies.
Turns out the vehicle was done with Herculiner, and the PO (who did warantee
the work) is sending a can out to me. If he'll provide the parts, I'll
provide the labor. Just kind of weird that it would just wear away like that
in only 3 months. I guess shifting my foot ever so slightly in that one spot
nearly 500 times per day (up to 700+ depending on the route) will do it.
If I need any help with the application, I may be back asking for more
advice.
Thanks again all.
