Pete's leaky rear end...



Pete,
      though it won't look very good, I would use tape to cover up the
seams in the tailgate and liftgate and verify that the leaks are where you
think they are.  Often the leak is directly under the cabin and the vapors
just billow into the compartment.  How's about fixing the exhaust leak
instead of the body?

If the exhaust exit is beyond the lower edge of the sheet metal, then this
should be a non-issue.
