Thank you very much.  It's exciting and scary, taking on an older 
place like this, but I think the last three years of working with IHs 
has prepared me well for the challenges of moving into and renovating 
an old place.  Or, at least, have prepared me to cope with the 
challenges.   :-)
I know that at times it's going to take time away from the IHs, but 
I'm also making a career change which should drop me from 60 hours a 
week to 40 -- down from 80 5 years ago.  Unfortunately, the dollars 
are following the same trend.  :-(
It's perfect top-off scout driving weather here today, and with some 
new music, the fresh air, and a 196/4spd that's running pretty well, 
I'm looking for excuses to drive around.  Life is Good!
