Hey, at least you found it!   My scout doesn't have a/c anymore so it's not
too bad for me, didn't contemplate the a/c unit...  it is still annoying
getting a replacement in, just because of how you have to reach up there.

I could think of a few less accessible locations.  Like right above the
steering collumn, or behind the heater assembly.
