   Some one needs to put my method in the FAQ, maybe I'll put it up on
my page. Any way, take a piece of chain, say 6-8' long with a hook on
one end. Put the hook in the hole in the axle flange and holding the
other end 'whip' the chain, like you are trying to crack a whip and the
shaft will slide right out, after a shot or two.
