work and welding

Bad News Digesters,
   I am going back to work tomorrow, (tuesday). <frown> I guess it had
to happen sooner or later. I don't know how I'll handle the withdraws of
not reading e-mail all day.

Good News though,
   I finally finished the new 200A service in my house and also finished
the 100A sub panel to my garage. Which means I can now use my welder! I
was playing with it some over the weekend and am getting the hang of it,
sort-of.
   A question, Tom I know you have a answer for me on this one, how good
are cutting rods on an arc welder? Are they better than a torch for
cutting? More precise, or less? Not worth it if I have a torch?
