OHV Park in Minnesota

FYI... Looks like I'll have a place to take my Scout when it's finished.
The state is creating a 502 acre off-highway vehicle park for $2.3 million.
Some people tried to stop it but they failed.  I think this will have the
first public trail system for trucks, there are already quite a few trails
for motorcycles and ATV's.
