I'd just buy another used one for $100 or so.  They seem to last quite a
long time, and it's considerably cheaper than rebuilding one.  Especially if
you don't have to pay the labor for installation.  I think the one on the
parts scout I've got works fine, you can have it for a nominal fee if you
are interested.
