Replace the fuel filter again. It sounds like you have alot of crap in
your tank and you now have your new filter dirty. If you take it off and
shake the filter out into your hand you will see some of the dirt come
out. If you shake it real good you could reinstall it for a while until
it clogs up again. Also check the screen on the inlet side of the carb,
if you have that much dirt in your gas tank you probable got some throgh
the filter and into the carb.
