Nate-

I'm with the guys that said to keep changing out that filter.  I had the
exact same problem with my '74 Wagonmaster that had been sitting for years.
I ended up having to take off both tanks and clean them out they were so
dirty.  I was going through filters for the fuel like fuel in an IH!
I'd get one of those clear ones with the replaceable filter/screen from
Purolator, then you can see if that is the problem, and if it is, you can
buy packs of three filters to swap into it.  This way you can keepmonitoring
how much crap is coming out and decide of you need to drop the tanks.
