A 446 looks very much like a 7.3--it was made on the same tooling. So--for
size and weight, look at a 7.3 to get an idea. it is about 3 inches longer
than a 392, about the same height and width. definitely some heavier. The
use a separate flywheel housing, with an SAE #3 (maybe #2??) flange to mate
to a clutch or converter housing, just as a 7.3 (444) does.
