Tulare Info

Well, since Dan is rallying the troops for Charlotte, made me realize
that I really don't know much about what's going on with Tulare.

Are there any details of any sort on this event?  I haven't heard all
that much discussion, just people talking about being there.  Any
convoys on certain days from up North?  Or for all reading, from the
East?  South?  Who is arriving when?  Is there a pre-registration
form/fee?  Host hotel?  Camping on the grounds?
Sorry, but I was unable to make it last year, and can't remember all of
the details.  Someone please enlighten me!
