I wonder how Kalifornia's going to reconcile it's "touch thee not your car"
stance with the concept of "upgrading vehicles with equipment that
dramatically improves emissions performance"???

They're probably going to make you PROVE your car is a gross polluter in
order to allow you to put a TBI unit on it!  I see a run on really, really
big carb jets!
