I've only been pulled over twice in Scouts...

I've become quite sick of this harassment by those paid to "serve and
protect".. I say "Yes sir" and "No sir".. but I certainly don't give an
inch or offer up information. They get what I legally must provide.
They're also greeted with, "Hello, Officer, may I have your name and
badge number?" and that information goes right into my notepad that's
sitting on my lap... puts the officer on the defensive right from the
start. They're aware I'm tired of being harassed now, and that I've
filed complaints with the District Attorney. Now I just take notes...
and since they never seem to pull me over for a justifiable offense, I'm
quickly let go.

Of course, this only works well when you're 100% legal. ;-)

When I got my ticket in '95, the cop was really irritated with me..
rather than shiver n' shake in my boots (like he wanted me to) I put the
seat back n' took a nap while I waited for him to get his paperwork
overwith.. I think that bugged him. ;)
