Howard-
Original question had to do with exhaust from a 304 swapping to a 345. I
have a 304 in the 800 now-it is a '71-but it appears to have some very
serious problems. I am looking into the possibility of swapping the 345 out
of my '68 T'all into it, since this is the 345 that was very recently
rebuilt, but the '68 has been wrecked since then!
I am still checking into the oil pan possibility of a difference, but Tark
had mentioned a possibility of the height being different, and the hood not
closing. I would probably like to lift the thing a little anyway, but wanted
to find out for sure what I was getting into before I started.
Thanks for your input!
Michael
