I noticed that the local Carx mufffler shop who bends their own tubing
uses pretty thickwall tubing for the bender when compared to the tubing
which is used for the commercially bent tubing you buy at the auto parts.

I noticed this by accident when I bought some from them after running out.

Since this has at least double the wall thickness, I wonder if it would
survive a Harbor Freight type bender.  I imagine that's why they use it,
no other good reason for them to go to this trouble.
