re:80/800 V II's

   Well, at the urging of some other voices, I've decided to get back
into this discussion, since I started it.
   I really like the 80/800's and somday, when I have a back 40 like Tom
M to park my extra vehicles I'll get me one.
   I thought the 80/800 guys would be happy to have a chance to say
something on the digest. Since the 80/800's are more primitive they have
fewer complications to go wrong. Sure there are the apparent clutch
problems, but no Gold Box's, no brake boosters, no power steering, no
complicated emmissions (even Cal emmissions were limited). Therefore you
guys have less to ask about.
   Does that sound like a good response, Paul?
