Re: CBs revisited - John will speak again..



The only time I use mine is when offroading, or traveling
to and from the trail - you need to be able to talk to all 
of the vehicles in the group, so you don't lose anyone 
(seems like every time there's a vehicle in the group without
a CB, we always get separated at some point). Besides, group
trips aren't nearly as fun if you can't gab on the way.
Personally, I don't go wheeling alone - there's too much
that can go wrong, and I would never want to trust my life 
to being able to raise help over a CB.
