A heavy Loadstar with a new cab--more boxy, looks something like the late
pickup cabs.  An 1854 would have a diesel--9.0L, DT-466,  or maybe a
vendor diesel engine.  An 1824 would be the same thing with a gas
engine--345, 392, 404, 446.  Shortly after 1980, the gas models would be
dropped and the 6.9L and DT-360 diesels added.
