Never one to turn down a tech tip, I have to disagree with you IHeloise.
While a loaf pan does make a nice drain pan, it leaves a nasty taste in
the bread when you use it later that day. I did find that an overheated
engine with a cookiesheet on it makes a splended way to bake cookies.
