I knew the trany had ingested water when it up and died on me in the
most inopertune moment. What it really had done was filled the oil pan
and filter up with mud. I don't believe it is a head gasket, I hope and
pray it isn't, but; I'll be pulling the pan tomorrow and I'll see what
the water looks like.  
   The upper RPM's it seems to run fine, just no idle. I wonder if the
distributer had turned reducing the timing. Something else to check.
Also, when I started it up yesterday, it was belching alot of blue oil
smoke out the exuast. Like the rings weren't doing anything. Well, one
problem at a time.
