She runs!!!!
Thanks Howard, I followed your directions and it started right up! It's
running real smothly,
and after 10 minutes it didnt have any blow-by, I guess this means the rings
sat real quickly.
I havent driven it yet, before I do i need to hook upthe temp gauge and wire
in a new starter button.
If any one is considering replacing thier goldbox with a points ignition, I
highly recomend it. It's really
easy to understand and fix, with a few simple tools and cheap share parts,
you can fix it any where.
Hopefully i'll start driving it tomarrow.
