Vinnie,
   7/16 Grade 8 NF threads. Grip length 2 3/8", 3 1/2". Use Brage 8
washers on both sides. I just tightened the nuts till they were snug. I
used an elastic deformation style threaded nut. These are slightly
misformed so that they stretch to match the bolt.
