Welding rims

I certainly don't know the answer to your question, but how do you suppose
somebody like Stockton Wheel makes you any kind of rim you want by putting
together parts of other rims?
Somewhat jokingly:  Besides you forget we're Scout owners and legalities for
others may only be suggestions for further modifications for us.

another thing to think about, is welding rims legal?  I don't know about
light duty, but for med/heavy duty it isnt
