Tom M fan clutches

Tom, et IHers,
I think the two factory setups are solid fan w/"cross spacer" and bgi nut fan cltch setup.  However, I believe there were (are) some aftermarket fan clutch kits that would (will) bolt to and retrofit afan clutch to the solid fan's "cross spacer".  My traveler parts rig had one.  The terra had a factory big nut clutch 'til the waterpump blew, it got a usedy solid pump and fan from the j-yard, still works 5 years later.  My '80's '74 345 had a solid fan factory, the P.O. was also th O.O. of the '74 which no longer exists except in memory.
