Winter Update

Well, I took the Scout out for a little drive the other day just to knock
the dust off and let it get warm for a few minutes. I sure do miss driving
it. Only a couple more months....

Well, I have Blizzak's on the winter car and I have been really impressed.
The Dunlop MTs on the Scout were awful in the hard packed snow compared to
the Blizzaks. I think that when I do drive the Scout in the winter I am
going to put Blizzaks on it for the winter and keep the Dunlop MTs on for
the summer.

I tried to find more info on that salt substitute (bar-ice, I think) but no
luck. Anyone ever hear of it?

Keep warm.
