I'll have to dig through my piles of e-mails and such to see if I can find
all that info... Unless someone has a complete archive and can dig it up
from the Digest (try searching on Amp or Amphenol, etc.).  I remember
typing up a complete list of parts and everything... but that was awhile
ago and I don't know where I put the information.

I'll look around and see what I can dig up.
