Dan: O.K. Howard. I'll bite. How can you have a lower compression engine than what IH sent out stock in the U.S. in the first place? i.e. You can't get much lower than what we are already dealing with, short of a 2-stroke or 4 cycle lawnmower engine. Tom H.
