The saga continues

Ok IHers,
I put the vac advance back onto the distributor(took it off Sunday if you recall) and turned it over a couple times...nothin'.  checked for fuel at the accelerator pump nozzels, no fuel....hmm.  pour a little fuel down the carb, it fires right up and runs fine, idles fine...  I didn't take any chances, and drove it right into the garage where I can complete my tune up stuff.
   NOW, with all the infinite wisdom amungst the digest, with this one more symptom of being extremely intermittant, what could be the problem?  Maybe it gets lonely too far from home????  I don't know!  Back to work, fuel pump, points, condensor, wires, cap, rotor, valve cover gaskets, oil and filter.  Should be done tonight, test drive tomorrow.  I'll have to go see my friend who towed it and tell him "the corn field caddy" lives.....no respect.......
