You forgot the option of moving to spring over. Raising the springs helps
with tire rub - at least on my Scout II it will. To see why, go look at
your front end. the higher the spring away from the midpoint of the tire,
the less likely to rub as the effective amount of tire that "turns in"
towards the spring is reduced.

Just go try it. Trust me. Your not female so I know you can do spatial
relationships in your mind.
