Isn't that a Thermoquad carb on your motorhome?  Weren't
Thermos also used on some IHC's?  Well, this place
claims they rebuild Thermos, and part of the process is replacing 
the plastic body "with a new one" (I didn't think these were 
available anymore).  Also claim they re-bush the throttle shaft, 
etc.  Perhaps they can get that motorhome to pass emissions
