Doug,
   When I got my 345 in Ugly done, I went with a Jasper built engine.
That cost $3500 but they replaced the crank and cam, new pistons,
valves, ect... and they gave me a 3 year warrenty against anything
except running the truck without water or oil for any Jasper shop in the
country.
