Subject: IH 1965 Travelall Questions...
3. Does anyone know the types of 2 tome paints IH used on the 1965
Travelall's? Also what the name is for the color of green that was used
in the 1971 era IH's?
Answer: 1969 and later T'alls Green, is called: Vomit
4. Lat but not least why did IH use plywood on the bottom of
Travelall's (at least the one's in 1965)?
Answer: Plywood was used on most wagon type trucks of this vintage. Chevy used
3/4" marine plywood until '73, when they went to an all steel rear body
construction. Pickups were also available with the wood bed option until '73.
Dodge Wagons also had the option.
5. When is the IH vehicle show in California this year?
Answer: This years show (Tulare '98) WAS April 18,19. NEXT years ('99) show is
slated for April 16, 17, 18. Hope to see you there!
