By the way the engine is grounded and so is the cab.  

Also on #8 cil when timing the light goes out like I said but on the other
cil. it does not.  If you point the light at the fan you can see it "Blink" or
"flutter"...the fan that is for lack of a better description.  On some cil.
you can see it kinda skip. But as I said it only goes out on 8.

Well, that's all the detailed info I can think of...let me know if you figure
