my friend here in va had a car that wouldnt pass the emisions test due
to high co and hc. is orginal converter had been hollowed out, so he put
a converter on at the tailpipe at the end of the exaust! it flew by,
passing the test. the inspector tried to flunk it but couldn't show that
adding additional emmisions equipment was illegal.
