The bad news is you have to chisel the sleves.  That is drive them out with 
a chisel.  An air chisel *really* helps here.  The guy from Scout 
MADness, I think it was him, said he slits the sleeve with a torch.  I 
imagine you could slit it with a hacksaw.  You'd have to assemble it with 
the blade through the sleeve.  Once slit, it comes out much easier.
