800 wipers

Alan,
I replaced the wipers on my 80, with an electric wiper set up. The wipers
are mounted at the top of the windscreen, I'm not familiar with the 800, but
it sounds like the wipers are mounted at the bottom of the screen??

It was pretty cheap conversion and used the gear from a Diahatsu F20 ( well
that's the model here in Australia.
