Tom,

A hand throttle is a good idea but I still need some way of keeping the
"Whoa" on (hense the person with foot on pedal). I think I need new brake
pads in the back, I can stop just fine but the E-Brake leaves a lot to be
desired.
With a hand throttle a person could use both feet to brake with:-)
