My $.02:
  My Midas Terra came through with the towing kit, no AC, and the 37 amp alt.  At least thats what it had when I got the truck.  I met the original owner who said he bought it with the tow package because he used to tow an 18 foot travel trailier to Florida every summer for vacation in Daytona.
