Seatbelt rant

I've always in general FELT this way- like  I always thought
helmet laws went against the best precepts of Darwinism.

However, the pragmatist in me forces me to point out that:

What if the person who tangled with Epp hadn't been wearing
a seatbelt?  If the accident was his fault, his life could be
on the verge of becoming very miserable just over a moment's
brain fade.

Also, my wife worked for many years at a rehab center...
I guess from that perspective I could say that idiots were
a great source of profit, unfortunately, we pay the money
back out again in insurance premiums.
