They are warrantied, but maybe only to the original purchaser.  Call 
them for the arch measurement, then simply remove the springs (!!) and
measure their arch. Then simply put them back on (!!) and wait 2-3 weeks
for your new spring pack. Or for about $80 you can buy a 'custom' fitted 
full length leaf and only take the u-bolts off, and only once.

That's what it costs here in NY.  Probably cheaper everywhere else. :(

Sounds pretty normal.  See if a faster idle will help.
