Everything I've needed in the way of brake hardware for my rear wheels 
(Scout) has fit Ford rear brakes.  I'd bet the push rods do too.  Take 
whats left or one off the other side and go to a good parts place and 
see if a Ford pickup part of the same vintage will fit.
