Guys:

My two reference manuals (one IH) say that the lowest reading must be
within 75% of the highest for compression checks. A lower standard than
10% deviation and one which Tom's engine is well within.

165 (highest reading) X 75% = 124 < 140 (lowest reading) or, another
way,
140/165 = 85% or 140 (lowest reading) is 85% of 165 (highest reading)

Good thing he didn't pull the heads.
