non-IHs and Holley 2Bbl mixture screws.
Tom, et al,
Ford has been using IH motors for about 20 years now. I know a friend
with a 1986 3/4 crew cab with a T444 in it. IH Gas engines in non-IH that's a
new one! I wtill want the v-634 that crops up in my manual! Was it 536? I
dunno there are about 5 huger motors than the 392 in the book!

The coolness factor would be superb... to think, someone actually putting an
IH motor into a non-IH...

Good luck, Dan!

Jon,
I seem to remember about 3.5 turns out. Screw them in until they come
to a gentle stop. Then back out 3.5.
Hope it works,

Subject: Fuel mixture valve screws
I have a 78 Scout with a 2 barrel Holley and am wondering how many turns
your fuel/air mixture screws are. I seem to have an idle problem and I
cant get it right yet. Thanks for your help on the compressor vibration
problem too!
Thanks
Jon
