Way to go, Fleck!

With the resounding letter of disapproval from a member on the treatment
from Anything Scout, and the resounding review generated by Jim
Butterfield concerning Fleckster and "Back Country Binders,"  I would
like to congratulate Fleck on his customer service habits.
I must admit that, though I appreciate his enthusiasm, sometimes he
seems to me a bit overzealous in using this digest as a selling place. 
However, hearing that he went the extra mile to make someone happy, and
did the right thing, makes me feel much better about him.  Regardless of
how one feels about what would have been right to do in this situation,
most businesses these days would not have gone out of their way and
would have simply said, "Oh, well you didn't tell me you wanted the
'divorced' style.  Sorry!" and gone on to the next customer, or tried to
sell you something you didn't want.
This is a glowing report to you, Fleckster, and coming on the heels of
the entry yesterday, is some of the best PR you'll ever get.  

How much did you pay Butterfield, anyway?
